UPDATED!




I WISH I MADE THIS. heck! I wish i was eating this! Evan made this on the ONE NIGHT we're not hanging out and I'm totally jealsies!
BAH!
Anyways, here is an unrelated recipe.

FETTUCCINE WITH CAYENNE-PEPPER SAUCE!




Fettuccine (12 oz)
2 red peppers
3 garlic cloves
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper
parmesan cheese

Cook pasta. Saute peppers, garlic, and cayenne pepper for about five minutes. Stir in sour cream and broth and let it simmer for another five minutes or so, depends on how thick you want the sauce. Toss sauce in with pasta and add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with fresh grated parmesan. I think tofu or chicken would be a nice addition but I havent tried it yet!
